david 49e9ae4f57 Add instructions for bypassing Gatekeeper on OS X 10.8. 
New OS X by default blocks applications downloaded from the Internet.
You have to right-click in order to install them.

comprehensive than what you'll find at the actual Nmap documentation
site ( http://nmap.org ).
