david 90b59ef14b o [Nsock, Ncat] Nsock has a new function, nsp_setbroadcast, that 
allows setting the SO_BROADCAST option on sockets. Ncat now sets
  this option unconditionally in connect mode to allow connections to
  broadcast addresses (useful in UDP mode). This code was written by
  Daniel Miller.

libpcre Changed the build system a bit. Removed Makefile.am since we no longer have all the files needed to recreate it in the libpcre directory anyway.
