fyodor d1b49e0ab4 Move about a hundred indexterms so that they fall within inline blocks such as para, also put them in term elements of varlists rather than the listitem element. This vodoo seems to improve rendering to PDF, as the DocBook XSL stylesheets (or maybe FOP) otherwise adds extra vertical space where the indexterm is, as if it was its own para block

Here are the docs for nmap.  You would be better
off checking the website at http://www.insecure.org/nmap
for the latest information.  Also if the man page is installed
correctly you should be able to 'man nmap'.  The man page is more 
up-to-date than the article.  See nmap-manpage.html for an html version
of it.
