david 5cc9d5249a In http.lua, add the port number to the value of the Host header field 
when the number is not 80. See RFC 2616, section 14.23. This was
suggested by Tom Sellers.

Here is some documentation for Nmap, but these files are much less
comprehensive than what you'll find at the actual Nmap documentation
site ( http://nmap.org ).
