Dmitry Fleytman f240ed2f29 UsbDk: Simplify redirector device init code 
Make INIT and DEVICE classes friends to allow
INIT class access DEVICE callbacks directly.

Do not pass callback pointers from DEVICE to its INIT
via function parameters.
