Dmitry Fleytman ec768841b5 UsbDk: Introduce UsbDkFillIDStruct helper 
Just a helper function that fills USB_DK_DEVICE_ID structure
havind DeviceID and InstanceID strings provided.

Available for both user mode and kernel mode.
