Pavel Gurvich 4f4a211556 UsbDk: Avoid deadlocks on device reconfiguration 
Some transfers may be pended for a long time, especially
on input pipes. In order to avoid deadlocks cancel pending
transfers instead of waiting for completion.

Replace WdfIoQueueStopSynchronously() by WdfIoQueueDrain()
