david e6d4512f4d Revert to the previous method of calculating completion percentage. Just 
counting the ratio of finished to total ports fails against filtered ports,
which are not marked completed until the very end.

docs/README 

Here is some documentation for Nmap, but these files are much less
comprehensive than what you'll find at the actual Nmap documentation
site ( http://nmap.org ).
