david d4ff5e9688 Make the Autoconf check for PF_PACKET support Linux-specific. Recent 
versions of OpenSolaris (I tested snv_134) also support PF_PACKET, but
not in an entirely compatible way. The configure check was making the
build use eth-linux.c, which doesn't compile under OpenSolaris. This
change makes OpenSolaris fall back to eth-dlpi.c, which works. The
report about this was sent by Darren Reed.

libdnet
-------

libdnet provides a simplified, portable interface to several low-level
networking routines, including network address manipulation, kernel
arp(4) cache and route(4) table lookup and manipulation, network
firewalling, network interface lookup and manipulation, IP tunnelling,
and raw IP packet and Ethernet frame transmission.
