david debfc5f683 Change RateMeter to be more general, measuring just one quantity. Add a 
PacketRateMeter specialized for measuring packet and byte rates, and use that
in scan_engine.cc.

docs/README 

Here is some documentation for Nmap, but these files are much less
comprehensive than what you'll find at the actual Nmap documentation
site ( http://nmap.org ).
