dmiller 9b36c5b2b8 libdnet: Remove call to FreeLibrary after GetModuleHandle. 
Per Windows API docs: "do not pass a handle returned by GetModuleHandle
to the FreeLibrary function. Doing so can cause a DLL module to be
unmapped prematurely."

libdnet
-------

libdnet provides a simplified, portable interface to several low-level
networking routines, including network address manipulation, kernel
arp(4) cache and route(4) table lookup and manipulation, network
firewalling, network interface lookup and manipulation, IP tunnelling,
and raw IP packet and Ethernet frame transmission.
