henri aef88b5b1b Do not include Winsock.h before including nsock_internal.h (that 
includes nbase_winconfig.h). Otherwise WSAEINTR doesn't get redefined
as EINTR as desired.

mswin32 Updated the Nmap.nsi file to check the new Visual C++ redistributable versions. Simplified the check for Visual C++ 2010 and improved the check for x64 systems (now additionally checks the Wow6432Node to prevent an error message even when the software was installed correctly).
