david 41dadaedb7 Use socklen_t as the type in arguments to getsockname and getsockopt to 
avoid a "pointer targets differ in signedness" warning. Add a check for
socklen_t in configure.in; if it's not present, typedef it to int.

libdnet

libdnet provides a simplified, portable interface to several low-level
networking routines, including network address manipulation, kernel
arp(4) cache and route(4) table lookup and manipulation, network
firewalling, network interface lookup and manipulation, IP tunnelling,
and raw IP packet and Ethernet frame transmission.
