daniel 1cfb3558c9 Cleanup and introduction of a special section for changes to libdnet 
which have been merged to the upstream libdnet repository and thus
do not have to be re-applied when the libdnet version included with
Nmap is updated in the future.

libdnet
-------

libdnet provides a simplified, portable interface to several low-level
networking routines, including network address manipulation, kernel
arp(4) cache and route(4) table lookup and manipulation, network
firewalling, network interface lookup and manipulation, IP tunnelling,
and raw IP packet and Ethernet frame transmission.
