david a2b84bf74f o Changed the name of libdnet's sctp_chunkhdr to avoid a conflict with 
a struct of the same name in <netinet/sctp.h>. This caused a
  compiliation error when Nmap was compiled with an OpenSSL that had

libdnet
-------

libdnet provides a simplified, portable interface to several low-level
networking routines, including network address manipulation, kernel
arp(4) cache and route(4) table lookup and manipulation, network
firewalling, network interface lookup and manipulation, IP tunnelling,
and raw IP packet and Ethernet frame transmission.
