david 3e3f0d8d39 Canonicalize interface type numbers used internally by libdnet. Also 
recognize devices with type INTF_TYPE_IEEE80211 as Ethernet devices.
This ought to make wireless network scanning work on Windows Vista. For

libdnet
-------

libdnet provides a simplified, portable interface to several low-level
networking routines, including network address manipulation, kernel
arp(4) cache and route(4) table lookup and manipulation, network
firewalling, network interface lookup and manipulation, IP tunnelling,
and raw IP packet and Ethernet frame transmission.
