david 5fd515b039 Get rid of ntohs in ip6_ntop. 
Byte-swapping is handled by the initial loop that reads into an array of
16-bit integers. That initial loop was added by me in r29708.

libdnet

libdnet provides a simplified, portable interface to several low-level
networking routines, including network address manipulation, kernel
arp(4) cache and route(4) table lookup and manipulation, network
firewalling, network interface lookup and manipulation, IP tunnelling,
and raw IP packet and Ethernet frame transmission.
