Sergey Kandaurov 6f81314a07 Mail: xtext encoding (RFC 3461) in XCLIENT LOGIN. 
The XCLIENT command uses xtext encoding for attribute values,
as specified in https://www.postfix.org/XCLIENT_README.html.
