Tests: add PP2_CLIENT_CERT_SESS client flag test.
Verify that the PP2_CLIENT_SSL bit (0x01) is always set when any ssl sub-TLV is present, and that PP2_CLIENT_CERT_SESS (0x04) is added only when the ssl_cn sub-TLV is configured. Two plain-TCP servers exercise the contrast: - ssl_version only → client byte 0x01 - ssl_version + ssl_cn → client byte 0x05 PP2_CLIENT_CERT_CONN (0x02) requires an actual TLS downstream connection and is covered by the SSL test suite.
