Danny Avila c7ca3de668 🐛 fix: Keep provider delivery for tool-provisioned files ... Lazy provisioning stamps embedded and codeEnvRef on files that are still meant for the model, but the legacy tool-provisioning exclusion skipped provider encoding whenever those markers were present. A provider-native PDF, image, audio, or video that a tool also used silently stopped reaching the model on the next turn. An explicit provider delivery path is now authoritative; records without a delivery path keep the legacy exclusion.		2026-08-31 08:14:05 -04:00
