MHSanaei 75bc6e8076 fix(inbound-form): wrap long labels and shorten RU pinned-cert label ... Long TLS-tab labels overflowed their field in locales with wider strings (e.g. Russian 'Pinned Peer Cert SHA-256'). Add AntD labelWrap to the inbound and outbound form modals so any over-long label wraps onto a second line instead of overflowing, and shorten the Russian pinnedPeerCertSha256 label to fit.
